I realized today in a sudden flash of self-awareness that my complete and utter abandonment of the diet these past few weeks is directly related to our imminent Christmas trip to Canada. I'm subconciously layering on the fat so I'll be able to keep warm!

Next year, we need to celebrate Christmas in the tropics...
